From time to time,
BBZ receives requests from Clients and prospective Clients regarding our ability to get loans and/or enhancement facilities for a variety of projects.
In part from the request of past Clients,
BBZ has put together several facilities for enhancing the assets of a Client when the Client does not have sufficient cash or cash-equivalent to fund their project. Most often, these assets are in the form of
real estate,
gold bullion, proven mineral, oil & gas reserves, and most forms of financial instruments. Occasionally, we are able to structure credit enhancement facilities for
artwork, gemstones, and other artifacts of value, etc.
BBZ can structure a loan guarantee or insurance wrap using the fair-market value of the asset and provide cash or cash equivalents at a discount for the use of the Client, without the Client having to give up ownership or control of the asset pledged.
Additional lending and investment facilities are available which provide for securing a borrower's loan commitment with a bank or insurance company guarantee. These facilities provide for the funding of real estate projects and non-real estate projects as well.
